Once manufactured to the client's requirements, our in- house quality control department inspects all measurements to make every part of your fencing is correct to the agreed initial project specifications. We will then check each and every weld to make sure there are absolutely no defects.
When everything has been tested to our high quality control standards, the vertical bar fencing is then put through a vigorous galvanising process, to make sure your fencing remains rust free and stands the test of time. Finally, all items are then powder-coated to British Standards with your choice of RAL colour, after which one final check is made by our experienced engineers to make sure no dimensions or welds have been affected by these processes.
Your new fencing is then installed by our team of professional fencing installers. We are aware of potential metal theft, so each individual item is connected with anti-theft fixings.
We do appreciate that in many cases, whether it be a domestic or commercial property, you want the least disruption possible. Our installation team will be in contact prior to the fitting stage to discuss a suitable time to install your new vertical bar fencing. This will allow you to pick a time window where there may be a lot less through-traffic on your property, allowing us to install it with minimal disturbance or disruption.
