Within the following company profile we would like to get across to our potential clients the calibre product and customer service of the company with whom they will be communicating.
Traditional Fabrications was set up in 2011 by three driven individuals; Mark Robinson, Faisal Agha'Khan and Duncan Price. each of whom are all very inspired, hard working, conscientous and honest team members striving to give customers the highest quality possible, using both modern and traditional fabrication methods.
Each of the Traditional Fabrications team have their own skill set as follows :-
Faisal Agha'Khan is the new business manager and visits clients to discuss and advise on new projects. His experience in the industry allows expert advice to help clients gain the best possible solution for their budget without compromising on the finished products that Traditional Fabrications provide. Faisal has been in the customer service sector for over 20 years and has been given many awards from his previous employer for the excellence and pride that he has shown regarding customer service and satisfaction.
Mark Robinson is the production manager and has over 25 years experience in the fabrication industry. He was formerly a very successful floor manager of 2 other similar fabrication companies. His skills do not end at running the production team at Traditional Fabrications but he also offers an exceptional background in ideas, design, manufacture, and installation.
Traditional Fabrications has been based in the heart of the West Midlands since it was incorporated and operates from a 3000 sq. ft unit based in Bilston near Wolverhampton. We provide oursleves on blending modern and traditional technology, to ensure we can assist in projects that need to offer a traditional feel, right up to new modern builds that require more precise machinery.
At Traditional Fabrications, customer service comes first. Whatever size of the job or project, we deal with all clients in a friendly and professional manner. We will take into account your ideas making sure we use our experience to guide you in achieving the best possible results. If any issues were to arise in the decision-making process as they are not suitable, then we will do our utmost to offer alternative solutions, so that you will always recieve a result that far exceeds your expectations.
